What was the highlight of ARTOTEL Thamrin Jakarta
memorable as always
location is the best and the staff is helpful in providing information and always smile and greets everytime at the lobby and makes the stay very much memorable. Very likely to come back again and stay at the same hotel. It is also well known everytime taking the taxi to go back. Just mention Artotel Thamrin and they quickly know where it is!!
Maybe the towels need replacement as the colour is no longer bright white, and maybe some rooms need some minor touch up here and there. And perhaps maybe its the time to carpet the whole room to make it feels luxury!

Great location, decent room
Great location, friendly and helpful staff who always greets us warmly, cool hotel vibe with live bands in the evenings
The room is ok the smaller side, breakfast was just okay and pretty similar spread everyday (we were there for 4 days) and the rooms are quite cold even with the air conditioning off

Good value nice hotel
Good location. Nice comfortable room. Hot shower. Good a/c. Good breakfast. Lovely coffee in room.
Roof bar looked lovely but really expensive compared to the Skye lounge. Music too loud to talk even at 6pm. Refusing to turn it down so we left. The first 2 nights our room was quiet but on night 3 it was really loud and I could clearly hear it through my earplugs. We were on floor 5.

Good
the location of the hotel is next to where my meetings are all located. so this is what i like best. also on the first day of arrival, it was raining heavily, there was a staff that was willing to lent me umbrella to walk around
on day, there was a power blackout. i had no warning no idea. no one informed, no announcement. i had to exit thru the fire exit and byitself when i got downstairs, there is no direction to show the exit to the main lobby. i had to ask a maintainance staff to help me. this is ridiculous.
